Absolutely unbelievable for Solictors .
Absolutely unbelievable for Solictors .
Wasted two weeks waiting for documents after they had made an error with the first documents ..
Numerous phone calls promising the documents would be ready to sign by the end of the day and two weeks on still the same message ..
Appears nobody knows why are they are contacting you , just a message on their computer to chase up ..
The only thing I can say positive is they are all polite ..
The Company need to treat people properly instead of just thinking about money ..
Very poor service ..
I don’t except that excuse …
Fact .. you withdrew the document due to errors but took over a week to rectify and still false promises ..
The amount of phone calls I received promising it was being sorted and everyday I was told it had been escalated on that morning …
If you have problems with a new customer and a contract it doesn’t say much about your professionalism to act for clients ..
So much time wasted on my side … very poor service…

The reason why I have given 4 star to the overall experience, is that my details where registered incorrectly in their database and I had to chase the support team few times to rectify it. If I hadn’t done so, my case would have been forgotten.

Refusing to comply to a Subject Data Request relating to my daughter. Shocking treatment to cover up Medical Negligence from 2010

You have, as you are aware surpassed the time set to comply to the SAR’s.
Although I was initially the client I have complied and forwarded you Third Party Authorisation including a dated recording of my daughter, whom the file relates to, giving me permission the access the files.
