Helpful and efficient
Helpful and efficient. Not pushy and took the time to properly understand and follow the brief. Kept me up to date, and carried out agreed actions. Seemed to take care not to create unnecessary process or costs. Specifically I'd recommend Patricia and David who were my primary contacts.

Work I never asked for
I applied for a private prosecution at the magistrates court. I had forms to fill in which I incorrectly completed. SlaterHeelis became my solicitors, I needed them to fill in the forms for me which they said they could do. However the forms by SlaterHeelis were not mentioned after this. SlaterHeelis did a load of other work for me that I never asked for costing just under £2000, and my forms, which was all I wanted were never completed. I never saw SlaterHeelis face to face due to COVID. If you go to a solicitor in the future make sure you have everything in writing.
