Purchased some gym shorts for the gym in a lovely blue colour by the time I finished my workout I had visible sweat patches which made me look like I wet myself front and back. I have not had this with other brands. Won't be wearing or purchasing them again

I bought a tennis skort from this brand it was very comfy. Just now, I purchased a swimming cap and it broke as I was trying to put it on - waste of money :(

Slazenger verve slip on trainers, comfortable and stylish but started to fall apart after a few weeks. Would not buy again

Die Regenschirme von Slazenger sind zum wegschmeissen!! Beim ersten mal aufmachen/öffnen des Schirm ging das Teil sofort kaputt. Und dafür verlangt ihr Geld??? Ihr verkauft billigsten Müll!!! Slazenger, diese Marke ist für mich gestorben! Solch billigen Müll zu verkaufen gehört verboten und bestraft!!!

Bought white slazenger bowl shoes on line. Checked label size - both marked as 9 as ordered. tried them on left one fitted perfectly but right one was much tighter. Thought they would be ok after wearing. How wrong !!!! Took the shoes and held them against each other totally different sizes. Changed at Sports direct. Exchanged pair both fitted but the actual shoes are not the same in finished design almost like they were manufactured in different factories and at different rimes times. Don't buy online. In fact don't buy at all

I just bought Slazenger lycra men's swim shorts. They are sooo thin that they look like underwear when they get wet. So disappointed.
They used to have a better quality one, but they discontinued it but they KEPT THE SAME BAR CODE / SERIAL NUMBER!!!
So they are deliberately just reducing the quality of products.

I used to love Slazenger, now they have become a scam! Shame.

And there is no contact email, and they make it difficult to contact them.

I have had 4 pairs of Slazenger slip on and training shoes....they are comfortable and far cheaper than Skechers.....unfortunately....in every pair the in sole has worked loose after first wear due to what is a poor securing process, I suspect the glue....they then become uncomfortable with the in soles coming out..this is with or without wearing socks...come on Slazengers, surely this is a simple problem to resolve in your manufacturing process....other companies manage it.....all bought from Sports Direct....wont be anymore until they resolve the problem which is clearly inherent.

Diabolical, what an awful company and such shoddy quality. Bought shoes, fell apart after less than 5km of walking, they refuse to do anything about it just tie you up in knots . They don’t care about the brand, the customer or the quality. All Slazenger products have taken a quality dive and the shoes I bought look and feel like a £2 pound shop pair made in China. Avoid Slazenger products, they are rubbish

The fact that Sports Direct do not respond to any of the reviews is typical of an arrogant none caring peddler of cheap rubbish designed to rip off the customer. Boycott them!

Not sure what has happened with Slazenger tracksuit bottoms. I have bought several pairs over the last couple of months and the legs are 4 inches shorter than they used to be. I have an old pair of XL that are just about worn out with a 33 inch leg. The new ones whether they are XL, XXL or XXXL are all 29 inches so just dont fit

The worse shoes bought from sportsdirect ever. The sole and rubber started to come away from shoe with 7 days & were completely ruined with 3 weeks use. Had to return and sale rep admitted to these being the 2nd pair that day

Slazenger instant shoe cleaner. What utter rubbish . Don’t waste your money. Simply rub stain remover into your trainers and pop into the washing machine. Job done works every time.

Shocking Logistics -Poor website.

I ordered from their website with the delivery estimate at "7-10 days", after 14 days I had not received my order and found it was stuck on processing, I emailed customer service and received an email back 28 days after my initial order informing me that one item in the order was processing at another warehouse and they could not give me an estimate on how long it would take for that item to be released, therefore I could either wait longer or cancel the item causing the hold up.
It's shocking that their website doesn't have an option to cancel an order or remove an item without emailing them and waiting for days.
Their Logistics and internal system is seriously lacking.
I ended up requesting to cancel the entire order and it was cancelled within minutes.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered a pair of cricket trousers for £29.99, had to return for a larger size and pay postage. Larger size arrived with a Sports Direct label for £14.99. Of course I questioned this to be told £29.99 was the price you agreed to pay when you placed your order! So I returned the trousers and paid postage again, for a refund.....just received £24.99!!!!! Really not worth contacting as customer service is very poor, but will never buy from them again and would advise others to go somewhere else.

the worst experience, bought 4 Slazenger track pants. within two days wearing, they stitching teared up at groin area and pockets. it happened with two pieces, did not use the reaming two. poorest quality ever experienced, waste of money, please don't buy.

WARNING: If ordering from what you think is Slazenger UK, you are actually ordering from "Sports Direct". They own the brand.
They sent the wrong item. When queried Sports Direct used their T&C's that "the style you receive may vary from the images shown" and refused to exchange the product. My son now has a bright pink hockey stick that he refuses to use.

Ironically, with shipping, buying the product from "Slazenger" is also £10 more expensive than buying from Sports Direct.

I received two pairs of Slazenger Canvas slip-on, at Christmas.
I complained about the fault of the insoles.
Customer service did not want to know.
A household name that does not want to make good, when a fault develops.
