I wouldn't normally feel compelled to write a review about a company but I bought a bottle of their sleep aid and tracked the progress using my apple watch. I have seen a substantial increase in deep sleep and rem sleep. Does exactly what it says on the tin. I indeed feel more well rested. 😌

Consistent sleep after taking for 2 weeks. I go to bed at the same time each night and wake up at the same time. I am no longer tired during the day. Quite pricey if I'm honest however good results.

I have been suffering with insomnia on and off for the past 3 years now. It was not until last year I was finally diagnosed by my GP but with little help. I tried many of the well known off the shelf products, but to my disappointment, non particularly worked for a sustainable period of time with some incurring some side effects of mood swings, sickness and headaches.

I came across SleepAlpha when researching medicines and supplements. I have been using this product now for over 4 months, and currently have nothing but positive comments to say about it. After the first week of using sleep alpha, i was sceptical and initially thought I was set to be disappointed yet again! Into my second week I was noticing my sleep pattern generally getting better, I was getting to sleep much easier, sleeping for longer and waking up feeling refreshed with plenty of energy. Fast forward 4 months and I am still using sleep alpha. I am sleeping 7+ hours a night, my general motivation for work and life has increased 10 fold with no side effects to report to date.

This product has helped me in so many ways I cannot thank it enough.

There is nowhere to cancel your subscription on the website (even when you are logged into your account) and I've had no response from customer support on my attempts to contacts them directly. At the time of writing, they are still able to take my money. They deliberately make it impossible to cancel so that they can take money from you. Do not subscribe.

Having been on prescription sleeping pills for over 3 years i decided to come off which made my sleep non existent. A friend recommended sleepalpha sleeping herbal sleeping aid and after using them for 7 weeks i can whole-heartedly recommend them. I sleep great most nights, still have the odd hick-up but thats to be expected.

I endorse this company and their products.

Tablets took a few days to kick in and i feel like i fall to sleep better and sleep deeper however i still wake up around 5 am. Good tablet for a deeper sleep but i;m wanting to sleep until 8am to get me a good 10 hours.

Unfortunately this didn't work for me. Asked for a refund about a month ago as they offer a one-month free trial, but there is no reply ...

Been using CBD as a sleep aid for a few years but it stopped working. A friend recommended Sleepalpha deep sleep to me so thought I’d give it a go. After a few days of using it I could really notice the difference. Been using it now for a few months now and it has really transformed my sleep! I sleep all through the night and my fitbit sleep data backs it up. Great product.

Cant quite believe how good I've slept. I use a fitbit device to track my sleep and my deep sleep has gone from an average of 32minutes per night to 1h45

Absolutely fantastic. Been taking them for 3 months and have overcome 11 years of sleeping troubles. Took about 4 days to really kick in and no grogginess the morning after which is great 👍

Need to let people know about my experience. Having used their deep sleep product for around 3 weeks, I can confirm that their product caused a significant swelling in my left foot as well as some weird pain also in my left foot but in two areas: one by the ankle area and another at the lower shin area. As soon as I stopped taking their product, both the swelling and pain began to recede to a point now where its totally gone!

Reading the ingredients label more carefully, it has things like maltodextrin and titanium dioxide to name just a couple...both are not only completely unnecessary but also unhealthy and even toxic!!

I accept I could be in the minority for this to happen so Please please use with caution!!
