Ordered bed. No communication of when the bed would arrive. After several unanswered emails they responded that bed was delayed and would be delivered in a month. We then requested a cancellation and they said it would take 10-20 working days. After waiting we still had no refund. We contacted them again and when they finally responded they said they were having problems with their payment system and to contact our bank. I would avoid using this company.

30 jan ordered bed for it to be lost then it was an issue at warehouse. Still have no bed and no refund or any response at all. Complete scam please stay away. Actually says on real trust pilot these ppl are advertising incorrect information relating to trust pilot. AVOID AVOID AVOID. My brother just died and was gift for mum to help her sleep if that's poss and they stole all my money

took a month and half to get the delivery slot. Then the product was damaged. Offered a partial refund (5%) we agreed as we couldn't wait for a new one to be delivered.3 months later and several emails later, I'm writing the review while on hold trying to speak to someone. Don't go near them. They just keep lying to you until its too late to do anything! Horrible company to deal with!

Never received the bed and mattress I ordered. Excuses about delivery and problems with packaging.
I then asked for refund but was advised to get refund through my bank.

Absolutely disgusting service! Ordered 3 months ago never got any reply to emails and now trying to go through my bank to get my money back! As if people are not struggling enough as it is to get ripped off by these sorts of people makes my blood boil 😡

Failed to deliver, failed to refund, poor customer response to calls and emails. Scammers for sure. Taken to small claims court and will now be contacting BBC Watchdog to expose them on national TV. Court will now issue a CCJ against them as they didn't even respond to court. Even trust pilot themselves note that this business is using trust pilot content incorrectly. Displaying reviews they're not permitted to on their site. I regret ever ordering from this business..Below is a email response I received from this company, despite waiting over 20 days this is their sorry excuse for taking your money, but not paying it back. I have since contacted BBC Rogue traders via the BBC watchdog website. I would urge anyone who has ordered a bed, not had it delivered and not been given a refund to do the same, it's free and easy to do and will hopefully expose this sham company on national TV..

If i could give 0 i would this is a scam company. I was paying for a bed since January 2025 through Klarna and they gave me mutiple dates in February to say when it will be delivered, however due to medical conditions i cancelled that order and purchased a bed from somewhere else. Been waiting for a refund for over 6 weeks now. No one answers the phone despite waiting over 1 hour. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THEY ARE A SCAM AND HAVE BEEN REPORTED. 🤬

These people are thieves l bought a bed and mattress on 6 February and promised to be delivered after 3 weeks cancelled order because they was no response calls are not answered when they answer they will will talk to you in a harsh way and with a bad attitude lm taking it the legal way now haven't received refund or the bed either beware of these people and company you will be scammed my baby even got sick cause she was now sleeping on the floor for sometime waiting for the bed please be warned

Ordered a bed, never heard anything from them, very difficult to contact eventually had a reply via email, problems with packaging? Further difficulty contacting for update to be told couldn’t fulfill my order, go to bank for a refund now can’t get anything and the website has gone?? Very poor communication and service, they don’t care for their customers they should refund my money

I purchased a SLEEP Reinforced Heavy Duty Divan Bed Base × 1 4FT6 Double / 4 Draws in their Xmas sale and it was delivered on the 20-Jan-2025 damaged. They said they would send out a replacement on 14-Mar-2025, I'm still waiting. I wouldn't use them again.

Not worth the one star.
I ordered a bed from them, then after 2 days I read the reviews about this company and decided to cancel my order.
I have never to this day which is 36 days ago about a refund after constantly sending emails, which sometimes never get through. Impossible to contact on phone, receive stupid emails about my delivery saying they have a packaging problems.
I think they are a bunch of idiots running this company to be honest.
Now in legal associations trying to get my money back.
Be warned, do not use this company

The mattress is horrendous. Bought for my 12 year old daughter who is light as feather, and within 3 months the mattress springs have torn through and created holes everywhere. It looks 20years old already! We contacted them and they agreed to send a replacement and then never did, now they state they are having payment processor problems and so can’t send a replacement? This company is a scam, avoid at all costs.

This is a scam. They take money,
Do not communicate, no answer to phone or email, then email you 4 weeks later to say they have issues and can’t send your mattress or your refund. They tell you to claim from your card company.

Absolute scam do not buy from them. Order cancelled 4 weeks ago and no refund, chased up and was told, like other customers to go to the card company I paid for the bed and request a chargeback from them. Avoid at all costs

Ordered two beds on the 25th January with delivery on the website saying 10 days for delivery... total lie.... sent emails, spent hours trying to get threw on the phone .... finally given a delivery date... 7th March.... absolute joke! And guess what they never come!! They are now ignoring phone calls and emails complete and utter RIP-OFF waiting on refund... please don't fall for this company!!

Been waiting since 26/02 for a refund on a bed that was never delivered after multiple failed deliveries.

After emailing and calling them scammers this morning and that I would leave a bad review on trust pilot I have received the following emai:

Wouldn't mind but still taking orders they clearly can't fulfil based on all the reviews.

Quick enough to take people's money but can't provide refunds!!!

Placed an order on 27th January for a heavy duty bed base and agreed a delivery date of 18th March 2025 which came and went with no communication. I have zero faith that the bed base is going to be delivered. I would avoid this company as i believe this company are scammers. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID
