The standout for me was Sonno's customer service. I had a few questions about which bed frame would be best for my space, and their team was exceptionally helpful and friendly. They guided me through their extensive product line and helped me pick the perfect one. It's rare to find a company that combines such a great product collection and competitive pricing with a genuinely positive and supportive customer experience. Five stars all around!

I was initially skeptical about the prices at Sonno, thinking the quality might not be up to par, but I was completely wrong. I purchased a new mattress and some bedding, and the quality is outstanding. It's refreshing to see a company that offers premium products without the premium price. Their customer service team was also fantastic, answering my questions about the mattress materials with such patience and expertise. I'm a customer for life.

I ordered a bed frame on the 7th of July with delivery supposed taking 10 days on the 17th I contacted support and all I got is a copy and pasted reply, now on the 21st of July I contacted support again only to be told it would be delivered on the 16th of july(in the past) absolutely ridiculous starting to wonder if my order will ever arrive

Jammy and Anyany delivered my divan today. They were excellent. They were polite and caring and they assembled my divan in next to no time. Such lovely guys thankyou

Just had our divan bed delivered. The delivery guys , Tubby and Mubeen, were very professional, friendly and kind. I was recovering from surgery and they were very helpful. I was very pleased with the way they communicated and let me know when they were on their way and they also gave me advice about the warranty the divan bed has. Thank you so much. I'll do another review once we have built up the bed. The customer service has been amazing. Thanks so much.

Ateeq and hassan was grate and well maned they both didn't hesitate to help move the bed to the other room the bed was fitted very quickly and they cleaned up after there self

Impossible to get hold of on the phone, now and again you’ll get a reply via e mail. Sent 2 different teams to fix the bed that they originally put up but still no good. Dirty hand prints all over the wall and now finally they have taken the bed back, time will tell if we get a refund

The quality of the bed is brilliant, we were very impressed. Mattress feels a bit hard at moment but only slept on it one night so far and was comfy so am reserving that review for later but i do already think/ hope this is a bed we will love. Thanks everyone at a Sonno, great product, fairly priced, delivered exactly as stated and great customrr service, your staff are a credit to your business.

We loved the style of this bed with the platform base and the price was excellent.
The delivery guys were friendly and pleasant and happy to help.
Putting the bed together was child's play and once together it looked even better than we hoped.
We love it.

My only suggestion, if you can. The colours on the website are not indicative of the actual color and it almost made us swipe past. The swatch we requested gave us confidence it was what we wanted and so we ordered. But it would be a shame if you lost potential customers because of the colour way on your site.

What a great experience from start to finish. Loved the fact that my bed was being made for ME.... That automatically makes you feel special. Updated throughout the process, right through to delivery. My bed was delivered within the time frame stated, by two fabulous guys. Baz and Abbass were fabulous, so friendly and professional. A great service provided by them, both with the actual delivery and the installation too. They made everything look simple and put my mind well and truly at ease. The bed looks fabulous, and no mess at all left behind. Can't recommend these guys enough. Would happily have them back around for a brew!... lol.... Thanks to everyone concerned in the order, manufacture, delivery and assembly of my new bed. Right, I'm off to try it for size now.... Nighty night all!!!!!

The bed is amazing and so is the mattress. They look exactly like the pictures and they always have such amazing deals.
Also Maruf and Kabir were amazing, they kept me in the loop with their eta and arrived on time, they worked super quick and efficient. They managed to bring my super king size bed + mattress upstairs to 1st floor and put it together in only a few minutes and they were very kind as well.
