Unbelievable Quality Chairbed
The whole process was seemless, from placing the order to delivery of my new chair bed. I was kept up to date on the progress with regular emails. The delivery men were extremely polite and helpful. It was very easy to assemble. Looks amazing. Above all it’s just so comfortable, I’ve slept on it once to test it out and had a perfect nights sleep. It is my favourite piece of furniture.

Great professional service and good quality product
I found SLF24 on line as I was looking specifically for a narrow 2 seater sofa bed. The staff were well-informed and very helpful. Measurements were very accurate and delivery into an attic room, was seamless.
The sofa cushions are quite firm, but this was explained in the description so i was expecting that.
Thd company kept in touch from order date to delivery time and I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent Service
I had a great experience with SLF24. I bought a two seater SLF24 Chesterfield Sofa and I love it! It is a solid, strong and heavy piece with the softest most lucious velvet covering. I did have a problem with the fitting of one leg ... a matter of the threading on the screw. Within days of contacting Louise about it, I received a new set of four legs and the first I tried screwed in no problem! I have placed the sofa in a bay window and consider it my tranquil spot for time to myself. I found SLF24 very good for their quality of product and their customer service.

Sofa bed for small converted attic space
Overall very happy with the product, fits great into a challenging space which is our converted attic and ideal as it allows us keep the room as both an office and a bedroom when required. Also delivered before the suggested time frame which was a nice bonus

Pre sales and after sales service super efficient
We purchased a day bed and had an issue with one of the legs after a few months. When contacted, Louise from customer service was super efficient and prompt in resolving the problem by arranging spares and service call. Pre sales and after sales top notch. Would definitely recommend.

Great service from ordering to delivery
I have found SLF24 very professional in dealing with. From the start with my conversation with Louise who was very friendly and informative to ordering sofas online. Everything went so smoothly and my sofas arrived on time as stated snd delivery wss excellent. I bought Gem 2seater faux leather sofas and as you can see they look beautiful and also are very cosy and comfortable to sit on.
I recommend SLF24 and I look forward to buying furniture from them in the future. Thank you.
