As this is the first stage of my journey , I will reserve judgement for now. However my last provider became a nightmare with huge communication difficulties and I hope never to face this again!

I couldn't pay on line to start with…

I couldn't pay on line to start with but it wasn't obvious why - just that it had failed. Chatbot couldn't help so ended up emailing customer services who replied very quickly saying to check my phone number format as they are having issues with how it copies across from comparison site - that worked first time
