As this is the first stage of my journey , I will reserve judgement for now. However my last provider became a nightmare with huge communication difficulties and I hope never to face this again!

Wouldn’t recommend

Had significant issues trying to correct a simple problem with my insurance and was given no option to cancel during the cooling off period without a significant charge when I discovered they were unable to add a second driver (who had been added on the comparison site where I was given the quote by Slick). Poor customer service. Fees upon fees for absolutely nothing. Don’t believe the cheap price this is a rip off company.

No serious or reputable company would charge huge sums to enable cancellation of a policy in the first few hours or days of purchase and refuse to budge on this even when there is fair reason to do so.

Hello, thank you for taking the time and leaving us a review.

We do have some charges that we outline from the beginning that are applicable in certain scenarios, and in some situations these are non-refundable. I can see we discussed the reasons for this, and that the second driver wasn't present on any of the quotes that were accepted. Having said this, I can see we waived one of these fees as a goodwill gesture.
