Wanted the AGV K1s Winter Test 2017 which was not even listed on the website. They listed it on the website & took the order. I got the order before timeline which is great. The Helmet & packing was all good as i expected it to be. Quite the Happy Purchase. Smooth Experience- No Hurdles. Just place the order & pay. The rest they will take care. No need to worry about customs shipping and etc. As i got the helmet directly at my home without any hassle.

I have bought Shoei Neotech 3 and Sena SRL 3 communication system for this helmet. Both the products were delivered within a weeks time, which is fantastic and Slickshop team always kept me informed about the delivery of the product. I think the team is very professional and rates are very competitive considering they are importing this from other countries. Really happy with the service and will always come back to them for my gear purchase.

Happy with my AGV
Slickshop delivered my order without any problems. Their customer support was also very helpful and courteous. The helmet, as far as I can tell is genuine.- the UPS tracking shows the delivery originated from Italy.Though,I wish they had options for addictions accessories like visors etc.

Purchased Scorpion Exo 1400 Air…
Purchased Scorpion Exo 1400 Air Vittoria on 29th November, 2023. It turns out to be a defective piece which was delivered to me. I started using the helmet from 31st January, 2023 upon unwrapping the visor protector, there are scratches on it and the clamp to lock the visor on right side it broken internally. The helmet hasn’t been dropped nor has any scratches on it. I believe it to be a defective piece which was sold to me. There was no response from slickshop when I contacted them with the issue. Very disappointed on trusting this website.

We deliver our products with utmost care and conduct a thorough quality check before delivering the item to the customer and so we did with your order as well. We even received your confirmation at the time of delivery the helmet was in perfect working condition. 2 months is a long time for any damages to take place even accidentally. From the images you shared it looks severe and something that could not have gone unnoticed for so long. The visor would have immediately given a reaction which would indicate a defect right off the bat. We suppose the damage incurred during the duration of possessing the product and due to the timeline there is very little we can do at the moment. However, our team is looking at the best solution possible to help you with regards to the issue faced as we are an organization looking to make a name in the market for providing the best online experiences for our customers with "at the store" Quality.
