I bought two items for my samsung s20 plus and iphone 13 pro. Th etwo items were so great to feel and seems like no case at all. The customer service also provide a good and fast service to replace my damage items.

Terrible product. Deliberately unclear (and unfair) return policy. It's phrased in such a way that it sounds as if there's a 14-day risk-free return policy, but that's not the case. This is a sneaky tactic—I felt it might be odd but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Shouldn't have trusted them. You can't return it unless you've received a damaged item. It also does not protect the front of the phone. (They say somewhere way down in the description that it offers minimal screen protection, that it's a trade off. But this is truly like no protection at all! the only alternative is to buy a screen protector, but that might defeat the purpose of having a screen with superior color and contrast!)

Terrible product. Terrible return policy. Would never have purchased if I'd known. Would not recommend to anyone else.

Update: I had already spoken with their customer service via email multiple times. Unhelpful. They didn't lose my order. Again: I've already been in touch and they basically said the matter was closed.

Like many others here, I can confirm that the case stretches after a few months of use with no abnormally hot or cold use cases (I don't play mobile games).

Like many others here, my claim for a defective product was rejected. I was unable to claim warranty as they don't consider this kind of behavior as defective. Scam case more like it.

I just got it and it is already scratched. It is not even the clear transparent but like milky transparent . There are also rainbows when light hit it. When I put it on the phone it already had minimal crack on the corner.. not worth it for its price. My god what a waste. It doesn’t even look expensive 😭😭😭

This is absolutely winner! I received replacemebt without any charges and they really do what it saya it never turns yellow and st the same time the phone was really protected i just let them know that my phone was dropped has its tiny glare but still they send me a replacement due to their 2 yrs warranty that “whatever” happens they will replace it i will buy more of this!

The shipping is kind of fast but I am unable to track it properly because the tracker is not really accurate

The case is very slim and slick as described and Magsafe compatible. Customer service is also very accommodating. I had a concern with my item and it was resolved within a few minutes.

I am you coming back from the future to warn you not to buy the case.

I know you see those 5 star reviews and think "this sounds great". Yes, initially it does seem great. It's a nice looking case. Initially.

After a few months it stretches, starts creaking and eventually comes off on its own.

You reach out to their support and they tell you the case works as designed. They offer you a replacement which will have the exact same problems, but you pay for shipping.

You demand a refund. They refuse.

You point out it's a breach of Australian consumer protection law. They refuse anyway.

So here you are, stuck with a useless case, having to buy another one anyway, and frustrated at their crappy and illegal conduct.

Or you can just avoid it and buy from a better, reputable brand.

I purchased this case back in nov after seeing the videos and ads in instagram, i am writting this so others dont get burnt. I liked the video showing how strong they are, however it showed heavy wear in a month (im an office worker not a trady) and cracked on the 1st drop, cheap made plastic, they then refused to send me another and made me pay $6 shipping for their faulty product !!!! The replacement arrived and split and cracked within a week!!!! i have had previously had life proof and apple slim cases and they had all out lasted my phones, so its not the way its used, its the crap quality of the product, please be warned and aware.

Update: they responded publicly here, but are still yet to refund me for the faulty product. So dont risk it as you will get a faulty product and no refund.

TBH when i unboxed, the quality doesn't seem positive for me. it looks like less than a dollar kind of plastic. but I would like to give it a try. but it has disappointed me. iPhone 13 dropped for the first time and they did exchange a new one for them, the drop is just a 1m height to normal house flooring and it cracked. I'm super surprised by its quality, given the pricing MYR99.9 for 1 case. second time, both my phones dropped and it cracks as well easily.. the warranty only last for 1 time for full exchange, but i still have to bear the shipping cost. it's totally NOT WORTH IT for charging this kind of amount with quality of less than 1 dollar. i felt scammed seriously. after this incident, i went directly taobao.com i get another brand of case with slim design, it last very well even I've dropped to floor and it doesn't break the case, and it's only cost me RMB 48, almost 4 times lesser than my previous one with a superior quality. i didn't made up this story and my order ID is 000929796B. I'm not requesting for any exchange because I've really no confidence and trust in this company. good marketing and branding may bring you your first customer, but WORSE products would leave you with bad reviews.

This company was indeed great. In terms of service,no hassle and very accommodating. In terms of product, this case perfectly suits my ideal case for my phone. The thinness, elegance, and design was perfect. I used my phone more often for gaming so I need a very slim case to cover my phone at the same time enabling the phone to disperse the heat from gaming. After using this case, I’ve noticed that my iPhone’s battery health decreased very very slowly even though I played games daily. I presumed that was because the heat (which is the number 1 cause of deteriorating battery) dispersed freely due to it’s thinness. I highly recommend this case and I will definitely buy this case if I have a new iPhone. This was an honest review based on my own experience. Thank you.

WARNING. This company has a no return policy. They refused to return an unopened product. I'm worried it may be a scam company.

Ordered their Slimcase Unique Magsafe, and was pleasantly surprised by the top-notch quality of their product. Thin but feels safe on the grip! Customer service is really helpful too :) Would deff repurchase👍🏻

(Iphone 13 pro max).It took 7 days before it gets delivered. I chatted the seller to get an update of who will be the third party courier that will deliver my order but the seller isn't helping. They will just advise you that they will follow up with the management but still no update for days. 7 days after Then my order arrived, charged once using magsafe charger and it starting to scratch. This case is just plastic nothing special. It scratches easily. It hasn't been 24 hours of using it but it got a lot of scratches. I am very careful and oz with my phone. This doesnt give any justice given that its expensive case. Chatted the seller about this but they just seen my messages. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

They saw my review and ask me if i could change it. Lol, no way! i want people to know how faulty their product and how lousy their cx service is. So Ive decided to replace the transparent case to a pro version and added extra cash as they can only replace the same item i ordered. 5 days later it arrived and to my surprise, they sent me an Iphone 13 pro case when i requested for a iphone 13 pro max! I chatted the seller right away and as usual, the seller was unapologetic. I am so disappointed! If you are planning to order, think multiple time if its worth it considering that the product is too pricey, bad cx service and the stress!
