Dr. Madeline Aponte was so helpful, kind and informative. I was beyond impressed by her knowledge and her caring, as she informed me of many things in which I’d been totally unaware of via other teledocs. She is so genuinely supportive in rooting for you to reach your goals also!!!

I am a transfer from another provider.

My experience thus far from intake to payment has been nothing but seamless. The processes were clear and expectations were communicated and over communicated in a good way. And all the timelines were met or even earlier than anticipated.

The patient coordinator Chelsea has been instrumental in answering all my new transfer questions. Especially as a transfer there are a lot of processes that are different from my prior provider, Chelsea made it clear and concise.

Chelsea was patient, detailed, friendly, to a point where I can see a smile in the email. I look forward to a new journey of health with SlimDownRx.

I'm a transfer Rx and so far everything is going well. Their response is faster than I expected and they make it very easy to fill out info and explain what you need. When I receive the prescription I will come back to give 5 stars.
Edit 09/26/24: I received my compound and supplies 2 days after my initial visit and order! So far my continued experience has been awesome!

Dr Dustin Ross made my experience wonderful. He spent a lot of time answering all my questions and listening to my concerns. I decided to give it a go due to the conversation I had with him. He is a wonderful Dr that actually cares. Aside from that, I received my Rx a few days later no issue.

The appointment didn't feel rushed at all like I've had with other telehealth experiences for medical needs. The process has been easy and straightforward. I look forward to starting the medication.

My visit with Dr English was awesome! I wasn’t sure what to expect and really thought this would be more of a formality. He was engaging, relatable, and gave me some really good info/tips to help me on my journey. There were a few technical difficulties but he was patient while I worked through them on my end. He answered my questions and was very encouraging. Thank you Dr English!
