The customer service was terrible. They disrespected me and had an attitude and ignored me and even canceled my order without me asking.

I bought the Ultraviolet slime, and it costed $65 with shipping fees. It never arrived, so I got scammed. Please actually deliver your slimes next time.

This slime sucks. It arrived so gross and sticky… the container was smaller than it looked online, it drips quickly and gets everywhere…it also dries like super glue on fabric. Oh and the “slime activator” is trash and turns the whole thing into a dense rock that has to be thrown away. Total waste of money and induces rather than relieves anxiety.

Ordered one slime and it arrived very quickly and was as advertised. It did need a little activator but then was a perfect texture. But what I really appreciate is that I was going to order a second slime and after placing my order I needed to cancel my order do to some financial issues. Since it hasn't shipped yet they were extremely helpful and cancelled and refunded with no fuss. Great customer service, will reorder when I am able!! :)

There was an issue with my first order. It arrived with slime oozing out of the cap. It was a mess. But, they replaced the order promptly and it was perfect the 2nd time.

Probably one of the worst slime companies I have ever bought from. Don’t waste your time and buy from BB slimes or Snoop slimes. Took forever to get here and quality was very bad. And it spilled all over when it arrived had to put so much activator.

The only thing that is good with this, is his slime. Two years ago i was waiting 3-4 months for the slime to even show up, and my Easter Egg slime case was broken, and the duty was more than the slime itself. Now my boyfriend has waited since december, and paid duty also, and now no one knows where the product is, the owner have hard time to reply if there are issuses. If I was you guys, I’d buy my slime from another site 😊

What a shaddy company? Waited for 60 days (while holding my money for free) and then cancelled the order without a valid reason.

No customer service! stay away from this.. looks like a scam

Its not worth $26,49 for the shipping too.
Its 13,49 without the shipping which is still a lot for slime in my opinion, but when its an extra $13 for shipping which is a lot for me.

The slime is so bad and sticky, the container is too damn small to fit the slime back in aswell

Ordered 7th aug 21, after a long period I was provided with a tracking number, that after 2 months said it was delivered to a U.S. address (i’m in the uk)
Today, (approx 3 months after order) I finally get a refund from PayPal on raising a case with them for no item or contact. Many emails and messages sent to obsidian without any reply. Deletes my messages on TikTok when I ask they contact me due to no order received, I assume to not look bad to other people wanting to order.

I've ordered the same slime twice. The slimes didn't turn out the same both times. The colors were different, they were all mixed in already(not 3 colors separated, but just one purple), although it might have mixed in the shipping. The star pendant inside wasn't glass like it should be, but looked like a yellow children's toy. Still, I'm not fussy because the quality was great both times. I ordered cloud slimes and they were properly wet and drizzled like heaven.
