Coustomer service is beyond horrific..
Ordered a pair of pants that were medium (86-91cm) my girlfriend measures 87, but the pants were to small/tight.
If measuring one cm above minimum the pants should fit perfect, yet they dont fit at all.
Contacted support and Said i wanted to swap to a lager size.
Support asked for pictures, and I replyed with some pics that clearly show the issue.
Support just stopped replying.
I tryed offering to pay for a more expensive model but support just wont reply to any of my tickets/emails.
So if you buy somthing here you better pray you fit cause you wont get any answers or the possibility to change size or model. Even if the shop says "change is possible on this model".
Best adwise is to stay away from this shop!
This is not a Company to trust with your money..
