I was disappointed with my slippers not because of the fit or the arch support but because the material uppers had patches of material worn off. I submitted several photos but the company were unable to see what the problem was without sending them back which I didn’t want to do. I just wanted them to be more thorough with their quality control so that was that. I won’t be buying any more of these slippers online from slipper shop.

As a runner, I wanted a slipper that supported my foot, especially my arches and these do exactly that.

Very good experience, I have had a problem with my foot which is very painful. I needed a pair of slippers with good arch support and bought a pair of Vionic Gemma. They are very comfortable and offer the support I need. I chose next day, tracked delivery and although it was pricey I wanted to be sure my slippers arrived quickly and I was not disappointed.

Sorry I could not try on the slippers in person. Doing it on line when your health is not good is terrible as you have to return the goods, which was not easy.

This is the 3rd pair of these slippers I’ve had - live them. Arrived promptly and as described. I am size 7 (Europe 41) and these are size 7-8 - fit snug in length so if size 8 I’d go for the next size up.

I've had a fantastic experience buying from slippershop. I bought two different sizes and returned the one that didn't fit. Refunded aptly. They are a small business so their refund policy might not match the big players. However, this is clearly stated in their policy. So read everything before buying and make sure you're happy with this should you need to make a return. I think its a fair policy that matches with most independent businesses. Their price is competitive so I chose this company to buy from to support a small business. I was not disappointed with the service.

Buying footwear online is a risky business, and returns for poor fit are likely. In my case I retuned flip flops, was charged delivery fee, and charged again to return them. Total cost £23.44, total refund £15.49. What a rip off! Most reputable firms refund the total cost so you are not out of pocket, don’t buy from JamHill Ltd unless you are certain your footwear will fit.
