Slipsfromstock Opiniones

Was informed you do not deliver to my postcode. True I live on an island but we do have a postal service! (and pay the same postage as mainland services.) Disappointing lack of customer service.

Very impressed prompt delivery of samples unfortunately these were not suitable for my wall.

Great customer service, really fast and well managed delivery. Would recommend.

Great product and delivery
But I think once you have paid a lot of money for initial order and got free delivery that when you are slightly short so place a small order it is harsh for £50.00 delivery

Product very good my finished project looks amazing, would have been five stars but delivery cost are very high.

Great…choice, products, customer service, delivery.

Brilliant service, simple, efficient and delivered quickly! Happy customer

Made order online, Conformation received next morning. Order dispatched and delivered before due date, Superb service and excellent product !! Thank You.

Good company abs we will buy again. Josh is a gentleman

great product, even better service

very good company to deal with
super helpful and even sent free samples!

This company is simply excellent. They provide samples free of charge, ordering is a breeze with rapid delivery. Some of my slips arrived Brocken and the company replaced them all without question and with very speedy delivery. I can't recommend them enough.

The delivery of the sample was very quick after order and the quality of the materials was excellent, unfortunately the slips were too good for what I was looking for but would certainly look good as a complete feature wall

Product and price ok
Poor customer service

Great quality products. Good information. Communication excellent and speedy delivery. All this and free samples

The only company who offered free samples and free postage and you need to see the actual slips because the colours look different to the pictures, understandably. Good price, quick delivery, lovely product, a couple of bricks had broken en route and replacements were sent out. Would use this company again and can highly recommend them and their products.

The sales process was a good experience. The sample board was received very quickly as were the slips and accessories I subsequently ordered.
Unfortunately the after sales side of things was not a good experience.
When I received my order there were several broken slips. I took photos and emailed the Company to ask for replacements. After getting no response I messaged the Company via Facebook but was told they could do nothing for me as they were the Marketing department. The next day I managed to find a phone number and rang the Company. I was advised that they would chase up my email and get back to me the same day with a response. Nobody got back to me and I have a tiler coming in a few days with a shortfall of slips. I will not use this Company again and will not be recommending to friends or family.

Ordered some samples and they came pretty quick on a nice display board. Haven’t ordered yet as we haven’t done the job yet.
More than happy with the service so far

quick delivery of samples and good information on web site and fair price will be ordering
