Honestly, had a pretty frustrating experience with the deposit. It didn’t go through right away and for a moment I thought it just vanished or something. Not gonna lie, that part was stressful.
Support eventually stepped in and fixed it, but only after I reached out and waited a bit. So yeah, it got resolved, but the whole process wasn’t exactly smooth or reassuring.
Imho the platform works, but the UX around payments feels kinda shaky. Not something I’d call “bad”, just… not comfortable either.
