Also verstehe gewisse Bewertungen hier nicht. Hab einige Zeit dort gezockt (natürlich auch mehr verloren als gewonnen, aber is halt glücksspiel) und auch Auszahlungen gemacht. Für die Verifizierung brauchte ich einige Dokumente, aber dafür wars binnen einem Tag durch + Auszahlung direkt am Konto. So schnell gings bislang noch nirgends. Ich habe am 25.08.20 über einen Link bei dem Streamer "roshtein" einen Account bei slot wolf angelegt und das Bonusangebot in Anspruch genommen. Ich habe insgesamt an dem Tag 2 Einzahlungen getätigt, beide mit Gewinn. Anschließend wollte ich den Betrag auszahlen lassen und habe wie gewohnt erstmal ein Foto von meinem Personalausweis, eine Kopie von meiner Stromrechnung sowie meinen letzten Kontoauszug hochgeladen.. wie man es halt bei Casinos gewohnt ist und auch bei slot wolf waren das die Angaben, die angeblich benötigt würden. Allerdings habe ich kurz darauf eine Mail erhalten, dass meine Auszahlung abgelehnt wurde, ich müsste noch ein Selfie machen, auf dem ich zwinker, ein kariertes Blatt mit einer Notiz und dem aktuellen Datum hochhalte sowie meinen Personalausweis.. achso und ein Foto von meinen Paysafecards, die ich benutzt habe für die Einzahlung. Habe ich alles hochgeladen, auch wenn ich das Selfie absolut lächerlich fand. Allerdings ging es dann so weiter, dass mehrfach mein Selfie abgelehnt wurde. Mal war die Qualität angeblich zu schlecht, dann habe ich wohl nicht gut genug gezwinkert,... Mehrmals habe ich Hilfe im Live-Chat gesucht...Katastrophe. Der Höhepunkt war, dass mir gesagt wurde, dass das Selfie noch genehmigt sei und der Auszahlung nichts im Wege stehe... es dauert nur ein paar Stunden bis die Auszahlung genehmigt sei. Am nächsten Tag war die Zahlung weiterhin noch ausstehend. Also wieder den Live-Chat kontaktiert... Nun wird mir gesagt ich solle das Selfie nochmal hochladen, weil ich nicht gezwinkert habe und das obwohl das Dokument schon als genehmigt markiert war. Dann habe ich gesagt, dass ich nicht so gut zwinkern kann und gefragt was ich machen soll. Daraufhin bekam ich die Antwort, dass er (der Mitarbeiter vom Support) mit beiden Augen zwinkern kann... WHAT THE FUCK? Was ist das bitte für eine beschissene Hilfestellung. Letztendlich habe ich bestimmt 12 Dokumente hochgeladen, 5-6 davon wurden genehmigt und endlich ist auch die Auszahlung erfolgt (870€). Streamer, die über Affiliate ihren Lebensunterhalt durch die Verluste anderer finanzieren und dabei Werbung für unseriöse Casinos machen gehören von allen Social-Media Plattformen gebannt... Das Gute an der ganzen Geschichte ist, dass durch solche Dinge mir die Lust an Glücksspiel gänzlich genommen wird und ich in Zukunft vielleicht 3x überlege Geld in ein Casino einzuzahlen.
