Easy to use software. Poor communication after booking new company. I know there were issues with companies house but I found out about these from elsewhere

VAT Registration Failed
I have selected non resident Package with VAT registration. National insurance number is mandatory to register VAT.
How can a foreign national can get National Insurance Number without having UK address or any status or rights to live.
They need to mention that to VAT registration must need NIN or UK address. They haven't mentioned this anywhere on their site.

We appreciate your feedback, and we want to address your concerns. You are correct in pointing out that some non-residents will have difficulties with VAT registration, which should have been mentioned on our website.
The VAT registration service for non-residents is being removed following your complaint, even though some non-residents are UK nationals with NI numbers, and some non-residents with UK agents are not subject to the NI requirement.
We are happy to refund you the portion of the fee you paid related to the VAT registration. That refund will be actioned today. Please accept our apology for the inconvenience.

Prompt and efficient
This was a prompt and efficient service, well laid out site and clear instructions given. Ronnie in particular was very helpful when I made some silly mistakes resulting in an initial rejection by Companies House.

We have now had an opportunity to review your order.
You had placed your order on 17th July, 2024 and we responded on the same day asking for your MLR documentation. We also completed the MLR check after receiving the documents from your end and submitted your order the very next day on 18th July, 2024.
We received the rejection information from Companies House on 25th July 2024 and immediately completed the required changes and re-submitted the application. Hence, your company was formed on 25th July 2024.
We responded to your emails regularly and processed the order at the earliest. As we say on our website, the time it takes Companies House to form a company is beyond our control. For our part, we assure you that all orders are submitted without delay.
