My call was answered within 30 seconds. Very professional agent on the phone who was very clear and understanding with my boiler issue.

Within 24 hours an engineer arrived (who called me an hour in advance to let me know they were on their way) and fixed the issue promptly.

All i had a I do was make the phone call and the rest was all done for me from arranging a convenient time for an engineer to call to handing back a working boiler with heating and hot water. Customer service team are very knowledgeable and were able to answer my every question without trying to pressure me into buying. I have basic understanding when it comes to all the technicalities involved but after a short call I felt like I learnt so much. Also there's so much to think about that you don't even consider.
