The representative I was corresponding with was very helpful and patient when I informed them that my optometrist will not be open for another five days after I had placed my order (this was right after New Years day). I explained the delay as I had a fear that a long enough delay will cancel my order and they were kind enough to relay that message and reassure me that my order will be kept until I can submit my prescription. Seamless experience - all promises met

I felt conned by this website when I was contacted by a courier about customs - the site is Hong Kong based and not in South Africa. However, the Vuarnet sunglasses delivered are genuine and were reasonably priced for the brand. As they cost more than R500 I dont understand how I wasnt charged duty by South African customs. I feel there is some dishonesty in their customs declarations. Just be aware.
