It was good experience to work with this tool.

We use Smartcat for content translation, which integrates smoothly with Adobe Experience Manager. The integration quality and translation standards are excellent, enabling us to work more efficiently. Their support team is outstanding, assisting us in creating POCs and guiding us through production implementation.

Quick, fast, easy to use!

Good prpgram for creating training material.

I needed to translate a presentation deck into four different languages. Smartcat did a great job of recreating the deck and keeping the same format, and updating the text. I had native speakers review the decks post-translation: Spanish had no updates, German had two manual updates, and French had quite a few (over 10). Way better than Google translate, but French is not as advanced as the others.

Works well with multilingual site and very quick to translate the content.

I've enjoyed working with the platform and the clients find it very user-friendly as well. I wish customer service would improve as the response time when I submit at ticket can take awhile unless I escalate the issue with our SC Account Manager.
