Very good timekeeping - just as I'm about to run out, like magic, the next box arrives! Broccoli soup '+' is tasty and of course, easy to make up. My only negative would be that the new box packaging is very flimsy compared to the previous, it tells because the soup powders are rather heavy.

I found it easy to order and the soup is lovely (if you like broccoli) all questions are answered quickly and customer service are bright and helpful.

Latest subscription order supposedly sent 11/2. Not received by 16/2 despite requesting tracking no. on 14/2. Finally received a response on 17/2 from Natasha saying she was chasing Yodel and distribution team. 18/2 asked for an update. No reply so asked 19/2 for refund. Response 19/2 saying a replacement to be sent. 23/2 no confirmation of replacement sent and again requesting tracking number. Still no response today 26/2 and requested refund yesterday. I’ve now not heard anything from company since 19/2. Very disappointed by level of service and now not sure how to get in touch with them as no telephone number is shown on site. Was hoping product would help with my diabetes. Guess I won’t find out now!

Very Good, the only reason for 4 stars was because I’d taken a break, thought I’d renewed my sub in my account but it didn’t register and payment couldn’t be taken when I reordered. So I re registered but lost about a month in the process.

I have always been satisfied with the service, but although you have taken for my last order I still haven’t received it. If I go onto yodel site they say it’s still with them. I have requested a safe place and still nothing. I have stopped my subscription not for that reason it’s just I haven’t been using the sachets.

I have been eating this soup once a week for the last year. It has taken some time to get used to, but I add pepper and some grated cheese to it and this helps. I was in the prediabetic range when I started, and no longer am (I also made a few other dietary changes) I will definitely continue having this soup.

It tastes and feels like grass but does the job.

A fluke with what feels like a minor miracle! I came across the soup by fluke, without going into detail I had an email from the CEO Laura Knight and I noticed the tag line at the bottom of the email regards the company. I’ve been diabetic for several years and as I run my business all over Europe & the UAE am always travelling making it harder to keep my levels down. As we know travelling and being diabetic dont really go together. Anyway I ordered and subscribed the same day. I have been away all week in the North and in Scotland delivering and after a very long drive from Scotland to Somerset, I arrived back to our UK base to where the soup had been delivered. Some time to give it ago! I was more interested in the taste as I’ve never eaten Brocoli in my life being not much of a vegetable man. I wouldn’t say it’s great for my personal taste but I then added some Soy sauce to it, which made it better. Anyway of course it was my first sachet and as they say it will take time to work on the sugar levels. ALTHOUGH I wasn’t expecting what I have experienced. Firstly after doing some 2000 miles this week, I was very tired, this morning I awoke as fresh as a button, clearly with a higher energy level. BUT as I have neuropathy especially in my feet via being diabetic, the numbness in my feet was drastically different, just after one bowl! I’ve just read through all the information and can’t see anything written about this but to me it’s a little miracle where my feet are concerned. This morning I had a VAST improvement and hopefully it’s a sign it may further improve. To me it’s a little miracle!

This is an amazing product. You never know how much it is helping, but the absence of illness is something we seldom appreciate. I make a soup twice per week, and add seasoning and spices. Highly recommended.
