Order a gadget item. But they sent the item as closed parcel. Delivery rider won't let me see the parcel. So if you can't see the product why would anyone pay thousands of taka on online shop which has zero to none customer. I asked I atleast need to see if my ordered product is within the box. The weight also seems way off for the order. They clearly denied and after some time they started so many spam calls and giving threats and slungs.

I’m disappointed with this purchase. The product I received does not match the picture shown in the listing. The quality and appearance are different from what was advertised. I expected the same item as shown in the photo, but instead received a normal/basic product. This is misleading for buyers. Please ensure the product images accurately represent what customers will receive.
