Adam was an absolute joy to have in our home to inspect the build. His friendly and calm nature paired with an impressive career within the industry made me feel we were definitely in the right hands.

The report was sent to us the same day it was conducted and the aftercare provided also feels very reassuring as we navigate discussing the snags found with the developer.

Fantastic!! From the first enquiry, they were swift to respond and get me a quote for the inspection, A gentleman came round promptly and helped identify quite a lot that was needed. I wasn't sure what to expect but they exceeded any expectations I had. He was friendly, professional and approachable, he let me ask as many questions on while he was going around. If we were ever to buy a new build again, I would be calling KB in to do a full inspection first thing!

I can strongly recommend KB Inspections to anyone buying a new home for peace of mind after moving in or for verification following completion of snagging works.
Adam is personable and considerate as well as very knowledgeable in the building trade. He goes about his business in a professional, considerate manner without being intrusive.
The report is detailed and to a high standard including drone footage of the roof, thermal imaging and loft inspection as well as the internal and external detail.
The report was sent very soon after the inspection by Kelly along with aerial footage of our property which was a nice touch. Thank you!

Adam was great, he checked every inch of the house and gave a detailed report to send to our builders. He picked up so much in so many places you wouldn’t even think of looking at! The heat maps really helped us see where cold drafts were coming in & he also found why these cold drafts were entering! Highly recommend!!

We are so glad that we had K B Inspections do the snagging on our New Build. Scott did a thorough job and picked up on so many snagging issues that we wouldn't have noticed. Very professional and informative. Great communication with Kelly throughout. We were sent the report on the same day. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

From booking these inspection to having the inspections and receiving all the reports the process was simple and clear. Everything was explained and no question was too silly. We had reports on all the issues noticed, heat loss and all outside structures. The video’s and photos are an amazing keepsake to.

Both Kelly and Adam have been great throughout the snagging process, communication from Kelly has been brilliant. Adam was very thorough when snagging my new home, and picked up things I wouldn’t have even thought to look at. We loved the reports we received afterwards (very detailed) such as a heat loss check and videos of our property. Company have been professional and fantastic from the very start, would definitely recommend!
