What an amazing service applied on the 10 had a message saying approved today I cannot thank smart money for such help. Keep up the good work

I had to pay £5, give open banking to my 3 bank accounts. Had a phone call and waited couple of days just to be rejected for a loan.

This was due to my credit score which I am trying hard to fix, which the purpose of this loan was to clear all my debts which would improve my credit score massively.

I earn by far enough and the monthly payments would be a tad less than I pay out now per month for my debts so definitely affordable for me.

I understand that companies have to be careful who they lend too but when trying to consolidate and basically fix your financial situation going forward when they can see you earn enough and are trying to improve it's a shame they don't take this in to consideration.

Also other places you apply do a soft check to see if you would be eligible.
Applied to multiple places which rejected before and all done sift search but these done a straight hard search which will show on my file now for 2 years which can affect my score further.

For a community bank I expected better.

I was so happy to find id saved as much as i had. I was initially goinh to get another loan with them but turns outmy savings will cover everything i was worried about. Lovely ladies in the office. Quickly seen and helped. So happy.

feel your more like a rip off scheme gone to corporate. Smart money one for the people now for the corporate. I would like all my data you have on me delivered to my email with in the next two weeks of this email or I'm going to citizens advise. I feel as a company you have faild me and my community. You can expect bad reviews from now on by me and the 1000s I have recommended to you when you was fair lender. People like you force people to go to door stop lenders when you used to prevent it. I suppose you have achieved your goal of being bigger than the little people that built You. You used the poor people that built this business/charity that now you don't Need us

I applied for the family loan thinking it would be simple to be granted to me as the payments are taken directly from your child benefit. This was not the case, I was denied on the basis of my credit file.

I understand loans do review on the basis of credit scores and files but baffles me why you would when the payments are not taken directly from your bank. I am really disappointed. It feels those with bad credit files are totally disregarded when it comes to applying for these sort of things.

All in all the staff on the phone and via email were friendly and I can't complain about their customer service.

Amazing service, easy to save and quick loans

I've just had a major underpayment from work and universal credit. As a single mum, with Christmas less than a week away, it was all becoming so overwhelming whilst waiting for a reconsideration from universal credit. When smart money cymru rang and said I had been awarded my loan application, I broke down in tears. The weight had been lifted. I've not had a loan or any credit in a very long time. So this was a very one-off thing for me which actually has made mine and my kids Christmas!

Really happy with Smart Money Cymru. They went out of their way to help me out. Experienced a really good customer service. Can't fault them.

I've been saving with smart money for about 15 years now and they are a great team to deal with. Always efficient, it's super easy to communicate with them and the app has taken all of that to a new level. If you want savings that you know you can access easily (holiday, Christmas etc) Smart are the people for you.
