Bought some shower door rollers, I was a little unsure about the size but I uploaded a few images and after a brief WhatsApp message or two I ordered the parts. Great quality, good prices, fantastic service.

I ordered a steam shower 3 knob three port valve complete from the website but had an issue with Apple Pay so called the number in the contact us dropdown. The guy who answered was very knowledgable about the part and suggested I use a card as Apple Pay was playing up. He also recommended that I could buy the faulty parts I needed separately which would save me around £100 pounds. What service. This was amazing to me as he was talking me out of spending the full assembly price. As much as I appreciated his honesty and great service I continued with the full assembly purchase as mine was very old and tired. The card worked perfectly and I received my part within two days. I have fitted it to my cabin and it works like new. No more bypass or leaks through the ports. Fantastic experience will recommend to anyone. Triple AAA rating from me. Thank you so much.

I still have not received my goods despite being told they would be delivered five days ago. I have also paid over 19 pounds to have these goods delivered. This service is totally unacceptable and although I have purchased goods from.you in the pas, I don't think I will be doing in the future.

I ordered the part I needed and it was with me in 3 days

Excellent service we were unsure if the part we were looking at would fit our shower we sent a photo of the shower unit showing where the parts need to fit . We had a quick reply asking for a little more information which gave us the confidence to know that our query was being looked at with an experts pair of eyes and were informed that it was the correct part and some additional information to help us fit the part. We ordered on a Tuesday and the part arrived on the Friday.
We now have a fully working shower after months of searching for this part I would recommend this company to anyone.

the Item I ordered was the correct part for my shower but the quality of the plastic was almost see through and very thing compared the the one that came off.

Seller tho sent item for next day which was great. no idea how long the item would last only been in a week.

Great service and very quick delivery. Unfortunately the part I ordered didn’t fit but was worth a try as it’s a discontinued shower cabin. Returning the item which seems to be an easy process.

Very fast delivery .. part very good quality . One small thing . Because my spacing was 100mm the small pipe that connects the valve would not fit without kinking no matter how I tried . . Had to install so you now push for shower rather than pull .. small inconvenience but the shower works I have stopped smelling the wife has stopped moaning ( for now )
