Purchased refurbished Galaxy S22 Plus via Back Market. Phone arrived only two days later. Great service and pleased with phone.

The phone was posted so fast, and it arrived the next day, so used to people not doing that - a very pleasant surprise. The phone is perfect, I looked over it and not a mark, the swap over from my previous phone was excellent. The packaging that the phone was sent in was absolutely perfect for the job, although a bit difficult to open for me, with arthritic hands, but honestly not a single complaint.

Bought a very reasonably priced mobile phone from this company. Phone was in excellent condition and arrived within 24 hours of my purchase. Great communication from this seller. Recommended

I purchased a Samsung S22 Ultra. It arrived as described next day. At the time of writing I have not started up this mobile as it is a gift for my girl friend.

I bought 2samsung flip phone a month ago at £268 each refurbished. For me and my partner .One screen damaged! I contacted smarttechtrade to repair it.
There reply £330 to repair screen .
I questioned. Would they pay this if the shoes was on other foot ..
And ask why they didnt offer to sell me another at a discounted price or at the £268 he sold me for ..
I no longer had a reply .
I find this to greed extortion on service to your customers it is disgusting!
I stated to help as i intended to leave a review.. they didnt care .
People save yourself the trouble dnt buy here .. customers service is disgraceful 😮‍💨🤬🙊😎.

Took Lenovo lap top in for hinge repairs. Collected worked fine for couple of days then no access to.anything took in again. And they charged for software update worked for two days. Again black screen picked up today .found wireless device for. Pointing device gone and widows 7 on laptop when it had widows 10 installed I question their experience ,the shop referred to is in Swanley.

This is the second Galaxy flip 3 l have purchased from this company and what an excellent buy they have both been.The order system was fast and the only minor problem was the colour ordered was out of stock,could have waited a week but the alternative colour was acceptable and arrived the next day.The phone was very well packaged and once charged worked perfectly with no sign of any imperfections,it looks like a new phone as did my first purchase.My wife is over the moon with her “new” phone and l would have no hesitation recommending this company if you are in the market for a refurbished phone.
