A reliable company to do service with. Ever since I started with smarT the journey of trading became easy for me.. Thanks to SmartT

I subscribed to Smartt about a month ago. Quite quickly, I realized that risk management is my top priority, which is why I decided to upgrade to the Elite plan.

With the Elite package, I was assigned a dedicated account manager. Communication has been excellent — they are easy to reach and respond quickly. Whenever I had questions or technical issues, I received immediate support.

For example, I purchased a VPS but was unable to properly connect it to the AI signal software. The team remotely accessed my computer and resolved the issue quickly and professionally.

So far, my experience with Smartt has been positive, transparent, and reliable. Everything is explained clearly in advance, so you know exactly what to expect.

For anyone looking to invest seriously with a long-term perspective, Smartt has proven to be a solid and trustworthy platform so far.

The customer service is on point, and they take time to explain and give you advice how to set up the AI and what to do and not to do. I hope this Will be a Good Way of making money but time Will tell, just started a week ago.

I joined SmartT after researching copy-trading bots and prop-firm automation tools.
Before subscribing, I even asked ChatGPT for an objective explanation about how the SmartT bot works and how it could help with the FTMO challenge. Everything seemed clear and the support team was professional and responsive.
I purchased the FTMO challenge, a VPS, and the SmartT bot. The setup process went smoothly. the support team even connected remotely to finish the configuration. During the month, I didn’t interfere with the system and let the bot trade automatically as instructed.
The bot executed 9 trades total — 5 losses and 4 wins — ending the month with +137.68 overall. Unfortunately, that result wasn’t enough to meet the FTMO profit target, so I didn’t pass the challenge.

My experience overall was that the team was very kind and supportive, the setup instructions were easy to follow, and the bot operated safely without any major errors. However, the performance didn’t reach the expected level to pass the challenge, so traders should understand this isn’t a guaranteed shortcut to success.

In summary, I’d rate the service as professional and transparent, but results can vary automation helps manage risk and emotions, yet market conditions still matter a lot.
