Im literally shaking with anger. I deposited nearly €800 and won €2000. They asked for my details which I provided. Two days later (this morning) i get an email to say i breached some rules (I didn’t). They have closed my account my winnings gone they don’t want to pay out sneaky gits! DO NOT even think about giving these robbing people your money. It’s disgusting how they can get away with this. Im so angry! Im more angry at myself for even thinking this was a legit website. These positive comments and 5 star ratings are all FAKE by the way.

What an absolute scam this site is! Be warned that they will not pay out! After depositing £200 I got a modest return of £700 which was in pending status for 5 days even though I had my account verified by sending the required documents so I went on live chat and they said the finance department are 'extremely busy' and the 36 hour pay out of withdrawals is only a guideline!
So the day after I emailed them and once again they said everything was fine and theyre sorry about the delay

Fast forward and 3 days later and i get an email saying they have cancelled my withdrawal and closed down my account because I've somehow broken their rules which absolute nonsense,the poorest excuse which they refuse to elaborate on(that speaks volumes) so I have tirelessly and endlessly emailed them asking if they have got a licence to operate in the uk and if they have could I please have the licence number but as of yet they have refused any kind of reply!

And the reviews giving them anything other than a 1 star rating are FAKE FAKE FAKE
You've only got to look at the comments on their social media page to see that smash casino is a massive SCAM
I will do my upmost to get their uk licence revoked...if they have one
