I feel very lucky to have discovered SME IT solutions,As I am starting a new frozen fish business and needed a thermal label printer of which I had very little knowledge about Mark and the team went more than the extra mile to help me set things up,I really think this kind of customer service is a rarity nowadays, couldn't recommend them high enough and my new labelled boxes of fish are flying off the van.

SME IT Solutions have given us excellent support over the years since 2019. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Exceptional Asset maintenance, web hosting and web design. VOIP supply and management and office 365 services. Highly recommend.

iPad problem
We were so impressed with their customer facing service, which is so important and this friendly Eastbourne company is to be highly recommended. From my initial call, Sophie in reception was amazingly helpful & kind and suggested I take my iPad to their shop where Mark stopped what he doing and sorted out the problem. I’m so very grateful and will never go anywhere else for IT help & advice. We went to the shop with frowns & left with beaming smiles on our faces. Thank you very much

Through circumstances I didn't ask for
Through circumstances I didn't ask for, I was introduced to Mark at SME Solutions in Eastbourne. His customer service was outstanding! He really went the extra mile - I felt supported, listened to, and relieved that finally someone was able to help me. He also gave me excellent, sound advice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing IT support. Very grateful I have discovered this company.
