Great customer service, products and speed of delivery

We are a supplier to SMI Group, rather than a customer. Even so, I was super-impressed by the person who took my call. She was self-assured, confident and extremely polite. She inspired my confidence. In summary, I felt that your call handler was real credit to your brand at SMI Group. It's great to do business with you and delivering great service is clearly in your company DNA.

We have made several orders through SMI and each time the services has been excellent. Both Ross and Bethany were extremely helpful and accommodating to my last minute requests and the quality of goods received have always been stop on. will continue to keep using their services!

I've been using SMI for over a year now and Grace has always been so helpfully and kept me update with all my orders. Recently I needed a last minute change to our branding, Grace has done so much to help, so I have the uniform ready for a last minute event.

Bethany made the process of ordering branded stock for our department a dream. She was quick to reply with multiple quotes, and FedEx delivered within 2-days. The quality of stock is superb and Bethany is an asset to SMIs' customer experience team.

We have used SMI for a number of years, the quality of their products is excellent, the speed of service is second to none, for stock items, I can place an order one day and it is usually there on the following day, for our branded items these can be up to 10 days, but are usually a lot quicker.
We recently need a one off design doing, Bethany was very helpful with assisting with design ideas and the various options, and also did the best price compared to other companies.
Very helpful, competitive pricing, great choice of products, fast delivery. Just what you need in a fast paced business.

Libby and Ross are great! Always respond to my queries promptly and provide all the information I need. Keep up the good work!

Grace McCauley has been amazing! She has been very helpful in advising us when our orders will arrive, any updates from their suppliers, and any other relevant information that I need to know. I had to quickly arrange a large PPE order for over 50 employees to multiple addresses around the UK. Shona at SMI offered support in uploading the orders without hesitation and saved me loads of time and hassle in changing details on the website - so I am very grateful. I am also really pleasantly surprised at the speed in which all the items have been dispatched. A great service, so thank you Shona and SMI.

I have received excellent customer service from the SMI team, Ross and Grace in particular resolve any issues I have efficiently. I place large orders each week and the standard never slips. Grace is my direct contact and is always on the end of the phone to help me.

Beth was so helpful and went the extra mile for me. Great service and great prices. I will be recommending to others and using again myself.

We've recently refreshed a few of our brand logos, which has meant involving SMI in changing our branded workwear. This was a huge task, but Bethany Lewis was there providing support every step of the way. Beth's response times were always within the hour, and there was nothing she couldn't help with. Our organization has been using SMI as a supplier for some time now, and I have received excellent customer service from them. Recently, I had an issue with a courier for a delivery, but SMI immediately rectified the problem and provided regular updates and support throughout the process. The communication was undeniably first class. The products that I order from this supplier are always dispatched within the same week, if not the next day, and received promptly.

Placed an order and within in minutes received an email of how long delivery would take, Once the order arrived a few items were placed to follow, I then emailed the customer service team to ask for an ETA for the rest of the order. I received a email from Bethany Lewis explaining why the items are to follow, I liked that the team explained what the reasoning was and how long it would take, They were extremely helpful and kept me updated all the way to delivery. Excellent customer service I am very pleased with my order and the quality of both product and service.

I was having issues getting items on to our portal and was speaking with Grace to help. She was an amazing help and was able to get the items on quickly so they could be ordered. I have dealt with Grace on few occasions and she is always a great help and sorts things with no hassle.
