I didn't receive my order because i didn't put my full address on my order, but you still took 14.99 out of my account .

This is a very good product and I will keep using. I have notice my teeth are much brighter and the stains are much gone after few weeks of using it daily.

Great service, my order went astray but this was promptly rectified by customer services

Update - The team did come back to me a few days later. I sent my order back and they have agreed to refund the item and the cost I occurred in postage as I could prove I’d requested the cancellation before they posted the item. Great service from Alisha!

Original - Tried to cancel my order via online form, phone and email but no response to anything. Now had to raise a refund request through PayPal.

Really happy with the kit and service. I bought this on offer to try out and saw results after the third day. The instructions were easy to follow too.

Ordering was easy. Delivery was great, communication and updates where great. The kit itself looks fantastic. Beautifully presented with a lot of items inside. But coming to use the product itself is a nightmare. The mouth tray is a nightmare to keep in. Makes your mouth salivate uncontrollably, this in turn rinses away the product and is very uncomfortable all round. Iv used it twice, and won’t be using it again unfortunately which is a shame and I now have to purchase another teeth whitening so whilst the price was good at the time, I’m now having to pay double for something I shouldn’t have to be doing.

Royal Mail didn't deliver my package,I contacted smile science, within a couple of days my package was delivered with a bonus refill kit free of charge,you don't get that kind of customer service anymore, thank you Chris from smile science for all your help in dealing with my queries

Did not lighten my teeth at all a waste of time. Maybe because I am 75 although my teeth are not yellow they are not as white as they use to be. Maybe because due to my age I have lost some enamel. Anyway it did not work for me.

I have bought several oral care products from this company from
various outlets. Never been disappointed with the products as they
work as advertised and they only seem to use ingredients that are
safe and suitable for sensitivity.
Ordered direct from the company this time and the whitening pen
arrived on time and nicely packaged. Cannot comment on
customer service as I had no need to contact them.
