KEEP AWAY!!! 40 days now since my order funds taken and product not delivered. They don't respond to their e mails ( No telephone number). Just spoke to my bank and got my "provisional” refund. What a waste of time!!!

Don’t bother with this company
Don’t bother with this company! I have waited almost a month for my order and still nothing.
The funds were taken from my bank at point of order 19th July 2024 and still nothing. My granddaughter is asking every visit where her toothbrush is and it’s her disappointment that’s bothering me more than anything!!
I have now requested a refund and awaiting a response!!!
