Terrible company I ordered a kettle which was delivered to the incorrect address 3 months I still haven’t got my refund they are very ignorant people they read you’re messages on messenger and do not reply they do not answer the phone neither emails they will delete all bad reviews off their google website including my review

I ordered my new Bosch gas hob from Smiths and it was delivered on time. Ordering process was easy and a bonus ‘free delivery’. All went well. With thanks from a satisfied customer.

Very happy with my new Nintendo kettle and experience of purchasing from Smiths TV. They offered a great price compared with other retailers and it arrived quickly and very well-packaged.

Great website easy to order and prompt delivery

Smiths service was excellent and best value I could find, however, delivery did not meet expectations - APC communicated delivery time slot which changed continuously throughout the day and then switched to the following day which was not at all convenient. We ended up having to pick up the TV from the depot.

I was kept updated the whole time .. offered options for a delivery date which is super useful when you have to schedule deliveries around work. And on delivery day l was again kept completely in the loop. To cap it all off, a lovely delivery guy who asked if l wanted him to take his shoes off to carry my hob in 🙂. So respectful and made a refreshing change. I would not hesitate to order from here again. Thank you !!
