Qas has been very helpful in choosing a vape and flavours for the vape, he has been a part of my partners journey to quitting smoking cigarettes. He has tailored a personalised vape journey and flavour for him resulting in my partner quitting smoking altogether now for a year.
Would highly recommend coming here and reasonably priced to 🙂

SMKD, where do I start with this one… one of the most helpful and friendly companies I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Michael was extremely helpful in getting me the kit I had been trying to get for a long time. (It’s an old one) … from start to finish he kept me up to date. Both Michael and David even recommended a tank to go with it that looked correct. I can now confirm they recommended very well. All in all…. Outstanding effort! Thank you again. Safe to say I WILL be a return customer 100%

Been a walk in customer for 5 years / ordering online for the last 2. For the first time there were items missing from my order. Customer service were quick to respond, I sent pictures of the packaging and replacements were delivered by SMKD staff the next day. No hassle - many thanks

Smkd bridge street, qassim was very helpful and caring when I came into the store to buy my first vape pen and what flavours too choices, he was also informative about each of the products and told me if I ever need anymore help to come back into store and be more then happy to help even if it was a small issues, I did come back into the store a week later for his help and he took his time explaining what had happened and what to do for next time, which made me more confident to fix it my self
