5 star service excellent company to use. They never let me down. Good product too.

Worked for this company for 2 years and got to say, it was a stressful environment, The managing director and CEO and the warehouse staff were all miserable, had no respect for their staff, tried to justify why there were closing but in the end closed down the shop due to it apparently not being busy.

This companies loyalty is that they give you 3 week notice to find a job, they were more concerned I turned up for than attend job interviews.

Just to be precise, I've placed an order at 8.15 and got the delivery now at 9.40
And this is the probably fifth order, all of them were similarly fast, all arrived within hours.

Great franchise I have used all over the UK, fantastic deals and variety from premium to those on a budget also a good loyalty scheme but the local delivery provided by SMKD ( not an outside courier) is a fantastic idea especially if you can’t make it to the store before your last drip

An easy process and such a fast delivery service

Amazing place. I used to frequent the Rotherham branch and was gutted when it was shut down, but the guy there informed me they had started same day local delivery. OK, cool, awesome, they probably come from a supplier in Sheffield or something, I thought.

Fast forward a month when I'm running low on juice so I make an order, check same day delivery, sit back and wait.

I never would have believed it would be driven to me all the way from Bradford. Aftab was awesome and super friendly with a lovely smile!

The liquids I got are all in order, genuine and good quality, I just have never been able to fault the products and service of SMKD.

Second time I've used the service. So quick polite will carry on for my vapes etc

I placed an order, they are super quick on processing. First time I chose DPD at the checkout and they lost my Parcel with tracking info error, SMKD re-ordered the missing items and used their own delivery source, should always use SMKD and not DPD! Thank you SMKD again for helping me out and fixing it.
