Haven't had a bad experience so far

If you're debating on weather or not to purchase I wouldn't say to ignore it but consider it in all fairness.

I've had a good experience with them. Better than some others I've tried and they seem definitely professional

"SCAM PANEL! Order ID 70783546 marked as completed but no views received. Admin is ignoring my tickets and Telegram messages. They stole my 3.24 BDT. Stay away from this site!"

I had a very bad experience with

smmgen.com

and smmena.com.

Even after more than 7 days, my orders are still not completed. In some cases, the orders are marked as “Completed”,

but the followers are not delivered at all or only partially delivered, which is clearly misleading.

Serious issues I faced:
Orders cannot be cancelled
No refund or balance return
The support box on smmena.com does not work at all
Messages cannot be sent or never receive replies

This means customers have no effective way to get support, which is extremely irresponsible.
Based on my experience, smmgen.com and smmena.com are:
Unreliable

Misleading about order status
Holding customer funds without delivery or refund
Providing non-functional customer support

I strongly warn others to avoid these websites. I am posting this review to protect other users and to encourage the website owners to improve their service honestly.

আমি smmgen.com এবং smmena.com থেকে ফলোয়ার অর্ডার দিয়ে খুবই বাজে অভিজ্ঞতার সম্মুখীন হয়েছি।
অর্ডার দেওয়ার ৭ দিনের বেশি সময় পার হয়ে গেলেও অর্ডার কমপ্লিট হয় না। অনেক সময় আবার অর্ডারকে ভুলভাবে “Completed” দেখানো হয়, কিন্তু বাস্তবে ফলোয়ার আসে না বা খুব অল্প আসে। এটা স্পষ্টভাবে বিভ্রান্তিকর।
আরও গুরুতর সমস্যাগুলো হলো:
অর্ডার ক্যানসেল করা যায় না
টাকা রিফান্ড বা ব্যালেন্সে ফেরত দেয় না
smmena.com-এর support box একদমই কাজ করে না
সাপোর্টে মেসেজ পাঠানো যায় না বা কোন উত্তর পাওয়া যায় না
অর্থাৎ কাস্টমার সমস্যায় পড়লে যোগাযোগ করার কোন কার্যকর সাপোর্ট সিস্টেমই নেই। এটা অত্যন্ত দায়িত্বহীন আচরণ।

আমি সবাইকে সতর্ক করছি—এই ওয়েবসাইটগুলোতে অর্ডার দেওয়া খুবই ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ।

All services worst, their followers dropped up to 100% and no refill support was found, never use this panel

I’ve been using this service for a while, but this last experience was just unacceptable. I requested a refill for Order 43265480, and after waiting more than 100 hours, nothing happened.

Instead of actually reading my message, support replied with random “AI-like” automated answers and even claimed “Order 48 not found,” which had nothing to do with my order. It feels like they don’t even read what customers write.

If you offer a refill guarantee, then please honor it. Wasting customers’ time with copy-paste responses is not support — it’s disrespect.

Really disappointed this time. I hope they take feedback seriously and improve their customer service and communication.

What went wrong this time?

– Refill not completed after 100+ hours
– Support not reading messages properly
– Wrong order number referenced
– Useless automated responses

How can this company improve?

Actually read and understand customer messages before replying, keep your refill promises, and stop using template answers. Be transparent about delays.

Customers are not appreciated and there is no guarantee for this site. It gives you the worst quality and what is worse is when you ask for a refill you will not get it even if you wait for years. Everyone who says it is good panel is one of the administrators of their site.

It’s been 5 days.they are not refunding or completing my order.i think they ran away with all money

I added 3 dollars as a test and bought visits for TikTok, 900,000 visits dropped and they haven't given me a refill. It only says to wait 5 days. It's been 1 week and they haven't refilled my visits. I don't want to imagine in terms of followers or more specialized services.
