Hello,

We’re sorry you feel this way, but we are not a scam service and we do not ignore refill or warranty requests.

If you had any issue, please send the **Order ID(s)** through our official support ticket system so we can check what happened. Without order details, we cannot investigate.

Also, please be sure you contacted our **official website support**, as many fake accounts pretend to be support and cause confusion.

We are always ready to review and resolve any real issue fairly.

Hello,

Thank you for your message. We understand your frustration, but this situation does not indicate a scam.

If referrals did not appear in your bot, the issue was most likely related to the **bot setup or tracking system**, which sometimes prevents referrals from being registered correctly. That is a technical matter, not an intention to mislead.

Also, the fact that your balance was refunded clearly shows that we do not scam users. Scam services do not return money.

If you prefer not to use the balance, you can request a **withdrawal** — simply open a support ticket, and our team will process it.

We are always ready to help and check any issue properly when users contact us through official support.

Hello,

We have carefully checked your order history.

Although the system initially showed the orders as completed from the provider side, our admins manually reviewed the situation at the same time and cancelled and refunded the orders for you from our side.

This clearly shows there was no intention to take funds unfairly. Despite this, you still describe the service as a scam, which we believe is not fair considering the refund action that was already made.

Regarding the delay in this response — we only recently discovered this review platform and were not previously aware of your comment here. This is the first time we have seen this review, which is why we are responding now.

We always try to handle issues properly when they are reported, and we remain open to reviewing any specific concern based on order records.

Hello,

We’d like to clarify this situation.

If a Telegram channel gets banned while an order is running, the system cannot always cancel it instantly, because delivery depends on real-time platform behavior. In such cases, the order may already be processed on the provider side, which is why it can appear as completed.

This is not a scam, but a **platform-side risk** that applies to all SMM services. We do not control Telegram’s bans or restrictions.

Also, refunds are not possible when an order has already been processed or delivered from the provider side. This rule exists to prevent abuse and is the same for all users.

If you believe something was technically incorrect, you can still send the **Order ID(s)** to support for a detailed review. We are always ready to check real cases.
