All I can say is AWESOME!!! Very nice vacation so quiet and cabin was over the top! Me and my wife loved it!!!! Awesome views clean and had every thing we needed!!! We are bring the whole family next year!!!!!

We loved the cabin and all of it's amenities. But the hill is very scary if you don't have 4 wheel drive. Other than that I would give it 5 star's

Dishwasher is broken in the overlook.
Need better direction system. The sign is not obvious.

Everything was amazing...Me and my wife will definitely be back soon...Very beautiful spot to enjoy and relax yourself into the nature...

Excellent in getting us an immediate accommodation at the last minute . Listening to the trickle of the brook beside the cabin while relaxing in the jacuzzi on the deck . what a relaxing stay .

Very easy site to browse and select a place to stay. By using the filters to narrow down what we were looking for specially, we were able to select, based on # of bedrooms, # of bathrooms, date, and location.

The inside of the cabin Bear Cove was very nice and very clean. The hot tub was very nice. Cable TV was very limited, there were only a few good channels. The road to the cabin literally pulls right up to the porch of the cabin. So if you want to sit on the porch and have a cup of coffee like the description says online, you will be staring at the road and other cabins around you. There is literally no room to do anything outside. There is no lawn or back yard. This cabin sits on a road. If you have kids there is no room for them to do anything outside. Also, there were cigarette butts from previous renters all over the place right in front of the cabin. The back deck overlooks forest, roads and other homes and cabins. There is one particular building that it overlooks that is quite an eyesore. If you are looking for a somewhat secluded cabin in the woods with beautiful scenery, this is not the cabin for you. It is close to the main road that takes you into Gatlinburg which was very convenient. But if you are looking for a cabin that you would like to spend a lot of time at, this is not the one for you. There is not much to do at the cabin and no room outside to do anything.

Love it , Colonial properties always the best place to stay in the most beautiful cabins in the Smokey Mountains...and they are vary accomdatin !!

rented cabins 4 times and never had a problem with the cabins and truely enjoy this area alot.we love dollywood,the shows,gatlinburg,the island ,food,and every thing their tosee. the cabin rental place are very helpful and very nice people and treat you very good.thank you norman.

Ok place but not what we expected, signs and policies about paying for damaged property and already having multiple damages when we arrived (towel racks,drawers,hot tub cover,holes in walls).Also sleeper sofa even my kids couldn't sleep on.Place would be nice if given a little tlc .

Very easy to deal with. The cabin was exactly what you looked at on line. Constant updates and very friendly staff. Would highly recommend if going to Gatlinburg area
