Billy and the rest of the team at Smooth Commercial Law fall nothing short of excellent. Billy spent a lot of time guiding me through various options throughout my business share sale and ensured I had an understanding of the legal jargon along the way. Although my case was a little more complex that first quoted and the number of hours these guys put into it was far more than initially thought the invoice only increased slightly and I was kept informed every step of the way. This company does not pressure you into anything, they gave me a free initial consultation and went above and beyond any other service I received a quote from. After good correspondence for the first few months everything went downhill fast. After 12 months of no contact I phoned them directly to be told the case was closed by them in July 2023.!
They gave the garbage response of a letter was sent out to me, but I never received it. Surely an email could of been sent aswell?.
The several points they gave me as to why it had been closed where debatable to say the least. They have been totally unprofessional in my view. Would advise people not to engage with this useless law company ...
