If you remove the plastic wrap, they won't accept a return! How can you test the product without opening it? It DID NOT WORK for me at all. It's totally useless with short hairs, and with longer hairs, leaves a very reddened area. DO NOT BUY. It was a total waste. Oh, and if you don't purchase it from Amazon, they prevent you from leaving a review there.

I didn't receive any order confirmation and the package had no purchase order or any paperwork. It was a horrible product. Just pulled hair and was painful. I returned it the next day. Never received a credit or even acknowledged my return.
Update: after threatening to go to the BBB, received an email saying that they refunded my money on 2/14. Oddly that was a week before the package arrived and was returned. I can only think that me filing a claim with my bank resulted in getting my money back.

This epilator is a piece of junk! It doesn't remove any hair and if it happens to grab your skin it is extremely painful and made me bleed. I have sent several emails trying to return it to get a refund but keep getting robotic responses. Lesson learned.

Did not remove any hair. Called numerous times and got voice mail. Left a message but never heard back. Returned the shaver and the package was delivered to them 5 days after shipped. A month later, no refund. Finally got in touch with someone by phone. Refund is supposed to arrive in 1-10 business days. Why did it take me calling them to get the refund issued? Don't waste your time or money on this item or company.

I ordered the Smooth Glide Skin because it said it removed facial hair better then pulling them out. It has multiple things to pull hair out but it just did not pull one hair out. It came with no batteries so I put new ones in. For me it did not work at all. It was supposed to be guaranteed to work. I tried to get hold of the website but my computer detected a issue and said it was unsafe. I sent it back for a refund through the post office but unsure if I'll get one. I paid $59.99 for the Epilator ( they said that was 50% off ) and said I could pick out a free gift from the list but I got charged $9.95 S&H for something not worth it.
