I've been using SMSCountry for my business for about 6 months now and honestly, I’m pretty impressed. We mainly needed a reliable SMS API integration for our OTP delivery because our previous provider kept failing. Since switching, the delivery speed for our transactional SMS has been super fast—usually under 10 seconds, which our customers love.

The dashboard is mostly easy to use, though it took me a minute to figure out the Excel to SMS plugin (maybe just me not being tech-savvy lol). I also really like the pay-as-you-use pricing because we don’t always send the same amount every month, so no wasted money on monthly subs.

One small thing is the DLT registration process for India was a bit long, but I think that's more of a govt thing than theirs. Their support team was actually very helpful and stayed on the chat with me until it was sorted.

If you're looking for a Bulk SMS platform that actually delivers what they promise without hidden fees, I’d definitely recommend giving them a try. They are way more dependable than the bigger names I've tried before.

Quick ad efficient customer support staff. Sinthia specially was extremely supportive and patient throughout the issue and help understand and solve the problem efficiently!

Please don't use their services. I used and regret it. Their reports will show sms being delivered but they aren't actually the backend team has no idea how to resolve this. Initially they will try and reset your route and if that works you are lucky but if not they will dismiss this by saying that there are no issues and please continue even when there is an issue clearly. Also their backend team wants the customer to test even if that means costs incurred to customer. Very low standard operations and no matter what - no refunds ever! Even in the case they cannot provide a service

None of the SMS are landing and its still taking credits

As a retailer - SMS'es play a key role in our marketing efforts, along with Whatsapp. We have used over 10+ SMS Service Provider so far in last 2 - 3 years. The problem with most providers is the inconsistency in service and deliver-ability issues. We happen to come across SMSCountry about 6 months ago. Instead of offering us bulk sms at cheapest possible rates. The Company offered us their services for Verified Messaging.

Verified Messaging helps us deliver our SMS to our customers Inbox, with our brand logo, brand name, URLs, Images and more. Apparently, it's a Google Initiative.

We are thrilled with the results. We are getting high open rates, delivery rates and better engagement. We have been successful in driving business and walk-ins.

A lot of other vendors have started to offer RCS or Verified Messaging Services as well. Check it out. You can choose from the ones that suit you.

Anywho, give Verfied Messasing a go. Choose SMSCountry or the likes of Infobip etc. Upto you :)
