2nd time of ordering magnesium..It arrived so quickly...
It definitely works for me ,sleep has improved, no cramps and I generally feel more relaxed also the price is brilliant. I was a bit wary as was taking magnesium from another company that was over double the cost and thought how good can it be...but..as I said it works for me

Best quality supplements.
The website is very user friendly. This was my first time shopping here and I am impressed. I sincerely hope that the marine collagen capsules can help with my joint pain and the magnesium too.

As far as I can tell Smug are the only UK source for this strength of the supplement I needed. The big high street shop version is so high of a dose it would make most people feel absolutely rough. I'll definitely be using Smug in the future
