No download and counting 3 days after purchase. You write the help page and they accuse you of trying to get their product for free by asking for a refund? What kind of customer service response is this?
Do not waste your money this is very shady and offer no resolution to your inability to access your paid for product other than to say watch youtube videos on how to fix the issue

I ordered a form on their website
I ordered a form on their website. The delivery took significantly longer than promised and the link they sent me does not open. I have left several telephone messages and attempted to chat on the website with no response (the phone number they have on the website connects to a personal phone message and no call back yet and when you open the chat on their site there is no available agent). I had a horrible experience with this company. It appears to me that they are falsely advertising the delivery time and as of now several days after they charged me, I still have no accessible form. I will be contacting the relevant authorities and I will proceed with legal action.

Hello Pedri,
You have purchased our forms before so we are surprised and not sure why you are dissatisfied with our form/service. Our admin panel displays that you downloaded the form. We did receive a phone message from you, we returned and left you a message and asked you to open a support ticket in our help desk —which would expedite whatever issue you were having, you never followed up. You bring up to many issues to be resolved here, so we ask that you please open a support ticket @ www.SnappyFormsHelpDesk.com, and explain your issue in condensed manner as possible and specific to main issue that you are having, and, attach any material(s) that may help us expedite your support. We look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Albert/Support

They sell business forms
This site sells business forms. As an independent HVAC contractor I have purchased several contractor forms in recent years and they have served my purpose.
