We used snapsharer for our wedding, it was incredibly easy to use and people have been uploading from the day well into the week that followed, downloads are also super quick and easy.and a special thank you to snapshare for making our memories .

QR code was for wedding, it was so easy to use, just copy or download and added to leaflets for guest to take away, as well as posted around the venue. And not overly expensive.
Really happy :)

I would recommend to anyone who is planning a wedding to use Snap Share to allow your guests, bride and groom to uploads the photos they capture on your speculating day.

So easy to set up and our guest easily scanned the qr code and upload there photos .

Easy to download the qr code to place on wedding stationery.

Edit: after my initial review, I was contacted by a SnapSharer rep who informed me I had the ability to delete unwanted media. It took me a bit to figure it out - it appears it would only work in phone view, not computer. I will say that the rep assured only selected media would be uploaded which seemed a bit accusatory that it was an accident on our end. I explained that the guest this happened to did not choose about 5 pictures that were added and was panicked afterward and immediately tracked down my husband during our reception to let him know. Due to this I am sticking with 4/5 stars.

The other issue we had was some pictures were upside down in the gallery, but as soon as I downloaded the link to my phone they all corrected upright.

All in all it was a cool feature for the price. I wish our guests used it more!

Original: Purchased for our guests to add their pictures in an album for our wedding in May 2026. We had a few guests experience issues with uploading their photos - the biggest one was a guest said the website uploaded a few photos from their personal camera roll that they did not choose.

I just wanted to share a heartfelt thank you to Snapsharer for their incredible support at our Women in Tech Meet Up Birmingham event.

Having Snapsharer there on the day made such a difference—capturing so many genuine, candid moments that really reflect the spirit and energy of the event. From the laughter during networking to the powerful moments on stage, every photo helps tell the story of what was truly a special day.

The platform itself made it so easy for attendees to access and upload their own photos, which added such a lovely community feel, bringing everyone together even after the event had ended. It’s been amazing seeing the day through so many different perspectives.

Thank you again for helping us capture memories that we’ll all hold onto. Your support truly meant a lot and added something really special to the experience.

This was so easy to set up , perfect,perfect,perfect, couldn’t of asked for anything better , all the guests loved it and was easy to upload your photos , simple quick and easy , would recommend to anyone , it’s like reliving the experience again looking at everyone’s photos on snap share , could not fault snap share

We used snapsharer for our wedding, it was incredibly easy to use and people have been uploading from the day well into the week that followed, downloads are also super quick and easy.

Very easy to use system, we were able to personalise the QR code with an image and printed off A5 copies which were left on the tables at our vow renewal ceremony. Guests easily uploaded photos via the venue's wi-fi and I was able to monitor the uplaods as the day progressed. Easy to download all the images via a Zip file, all were good quality pics.

Unfortunately there was not a great signal where we were, so no one could access it and upload anything. I was sent them all by friends the next day and had to manually add, which negated the point of using it.

The signal issue is out of their control though. But something to check before you purchase.

We chose Snapsharer for our wedding and it was honestly one of the best decisions we made. Setting everything up took just a few minutes, and the custom QR code looked really professional on our tables and our wedding newspapers. Guests loved how easy it was to scan and instantly upload photos and videos without needing to download an app.

By the next morning, we already had hundreds of candid moments and videos captured from different perspectives — flowers,food, decor, band, dance floor, dinner on Friday night before, BBQ on the Sunday, and so many memories and details our photographer may never have caught. The gallery was simple to use, well organised, and easy for everyone to access, even less tech-savvy family members.

What really stood out was how smooth the whole experience felt from start to finish. The uploads were fast, the quality stayed great, and having everything in one private album made reliving the day so special. We will be recommending SnapSharer to any of our friends who get engaged.

The slideshow would not play at my event.

This was so great for our wedding! It was so easy to set up, easy enough for all of our old relatives to use, and everyone had a lot of fun with it! If you are looking for something that requires very little effort, but the end result is worth it, this is the one to use!! Will definitely be using this again for future events 🥰

The Snapsharer facility is excellent, so easy to setup and customise and inexpensive too. It’s a great way to get a different perspective of any function you may be hosting. We set it up for a wedding and have seen many pictures from guests that show a different angle to the fun times we had.

Brilliant process, easy to use, and fantastic you can add photos after the event as well, even days later!!

Such a great hit at our wedding. Really easy to use and it was so nice to have photos to look at straightaway the next day whilst waiting for the professional ones! Been recommended to my brother for his wedding.

So easy to use , both to set up and then for guests to upload. I got it for a hen party / day and custom made the QR code to share with all the ladies. They then uploaded all their pictures from that day for the bride to be to see. Treasured memories for everyone

Easy to set up and use. Would be helpful if you could purchase the code with your image / info onto pvc cards. As per pictures on your website
