they sent me a damaged item and proceeded to ghost my emails
I ordered a sweater off their site, the price was good enough to be a no brainer. when I received the item it had a very large cut / separation in the top layer of the knitting. there was no mention of it being a damaged product on sale, or any pictures of the actual item they sent me besides the stock photo. I emailed their support and they asked me to send pictures, which I did. after sending pictures they told me they dont have it in stock for an exchange but I can return it; after I asked for a return label they decided to ghost me entirely. they have not responded and their 14 day return window is about to end. im unbelievably upset with the quality of their products and their customer service. would not recommend
