Great service for online , in a web of reseller sites for rarer sneakers , sneakersafe deliver

Service was great. Good quality very pleased with sneakers.

I spoke to this company before i placed my order and was assured i would receive my order next day as i was leaving for a 7 day holiday the day after , they didn’t arrive on returning from my holiday the parcel had been left in a dustbin that had been emptied while i was away , i have contacted this hortid company numerous times and had no reply , i have spoke to ROYAL MAIL who have told me it is down to the this company to contact them and that im entitled to a full refund so now it looks like im £180 out of pocket as they refuse to answer to any correspondence, my daughter didnt get her xmas present and that in itself is disgusting AVOID this company at all costs , they are quick to respond before you place the order but ghost when theres a problem
Now a whole week of emails, messages and contact on their social media platforms with absolutely no response but found time to respond to Paypal who closed the case in their favour, as my dustbin recieved the parcel , royal mail have told me the company can make a claim for missing item and i have provided the refrence number and still nothing from this company absolutely disgusting

Took two days to arrive.

I ordered trainers that stated next day delivery. It has been a week since I have ordered them. I received a notification that they had sent them to Royal Mail via tracked 24 on Tuesday at 1430. When clicking on tracking states Royal Mail are still awaiting.
After sending an email with no response. I called the number off the website after 2 rings I receive a message saying no response via telephone and to email or text.
I sent a text to be told they will look into this. Since then I have sent a further 2 text messages, raised a dispute, my husband has also called, text and WhatsApp message - they replied to my husband and said they will look into this. However have ignored my attempts at communicating with them.
I am still waiting a response, I still have no trainers and at this moment have paid £230 for trainers that I do not have!
ABSOLUTING DISGUSTING!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY MUST BE A SCAM!

I know have to take this to Financial Ombudsman as it appears the company are continuing to commit theft by not supplying goods. It appears from reviews that this is not the first time this has happened

Excellent delivery. I love my trainers and am so happy they were delivered on time. The negative reviews I read almost discouraged me from buying, but I decided to give sneakersafe a trial. And I didn't regret it.

Bought a pair of Yeezys and Nike sacai from this website and honestly they were top notch. I don’t even write Tammany reviews but I bought these back in October time and they’ve held up really good. I’ll defo recommend!! Sometimes delivery times may vary but the owner has very good communication and will contact you directly if you have any issues. I’ll be shopping here again soon !!!

So I made a purchase of the loverboy airforce 1s but I never received my confirmation email and started to get worried. The money was still pending in the bank which meant the confirmation on their side was yet complete, after feeling uneasy I did request a refund as I didn’t yet receive my confirmation email and I just want to say, they dealt with it very quickly and efficiently! Therefore I’d like to leave them a positive review as although I did not go through with the purchase, they was genuine and provided my refund. I will only mark it one star down however because it did make me feel a bit uneasy that although I made the purchase, I didn’t get the email confirmation and had I not screenshot my order when I made it, I’m not sure what would have happened as I wouldn’t have had any proof of my order just a purchase made through my bank. I think they could do better to ensure confirmation of order emails is sent out but overall I’m happy with my experience and I will in the future purchase from them! Also their prices are much cheaper than other websites for genuine authentic shoes which I also think is a plus. - just please work on confirmation email/receipts made as soon the purchase is done to put customers at ease!

Paid £275 for a pair of trainers, was taking a little while to get any shipping information so emailed and received an email back to say they had been shipped and and email was sent, never received an email so asked for a confirmation email to be resent which it was, this was great, upon tracking this parcel delivering through Royal Mail to this day continues to show as “we’re expecting it” I have sent emails to the company and now receive no correspondence at all and not expecting to receive any parcel! Ordered 3/11/23 Not received by 19/11/23 dispute with bank now in progress to get my money back! Not sure where all these lovely positive reviews come from but my experience is poor and wouldn’t recommend this company at all.

Edit. Since posting this it puts my location in the US this is not the case I am based in the UK

Edit. After 3 weeks of waiting for my trainers to be delivered they have eventually arrived, since originally posting this review the company almost 2 weeks after zero correspondence received an email to say they had been delivered and asked me to change my review! I however received the wrong size. A size 6 eur39 were delivered however I ordered a size 6 eur40 meaning these are slightly small! Once my issue has been fully resolved I am happy to rewrite my entire review with my final experience as still at this moment it hasn’t been the best. speaking with a member of this company over a phone call would be the best way to get to the bottom of all issues.

Edit: sent trainers back! Company won’t respond to bank dispute to cancel and have the trainers back with themselves, so unable to refund £275 they Wanted myself to cancel it, have tried and my bank says no so back to being ignored and then they have flagged this review as untrue trying to get it taken down from the site by trust-pilot! This is a true review of my experience with this company and it is still not over.
