Hi Mr Gawen, I'm sorry the parcel was bigger than necessary. Occasionally we have to use the packaging supplied by DHL. Please rest assured you will not have been charged any extra for the delivery!

I spoke to Tom at Holden's on the 21/11/24. He was extremely helpful and polite. He did everything he said he would and the turnaround for the parts, coming from Holland was excellent. Definitely on my list of preferred suppliers now!
