I chose SNL exclusively because their website explicitly promised **delivery within 48 hours**. I urgently needed the pedals for my professional training and therefore deliberately chose SNL. In doing so, I also gave up a cheaper competing offer.

Even more disappointing than the delay itself was the way my complaint was handled. Despite several phone calls and emails, SNL never addressed the actual issues I raised. Instead of offering an appropriate solution for their broken 48-hour delivery promise, I repeatedly received the same response: the shipping carrier was responsible and SNL accepted no responsibility for the delay. My specific questions about the advertised delivery promise and about an appropriate solution were simply ignored.

**In my opinion, this is not how a reputable company should treat its customers. SNL explicitly promised delivery within 48 hours on its website. That promise was broken. Afterwards, despite several complaints, SNL stated that it was not responsible for the shipment or its delivery. In my view, a company that persuades customers to place an order with a specific delivery promise, but then disclaims any responsibility when that promise is not fulfilled, misleads consumers about the reliability of its own commitment.**

For me, this was enough. I will not order from SNL again, and I cannot recommend buying from this company.

Das gelieferte Garmin-Rücklicht wies bereits beim Auspacken deutliche Kratzer auf. Ich wurde gebeten, Fotos zu senden, was ich umgehend getan habe. Mir wurde zugesichert, dass ich nach Erhalt der Bilder sofort eine Rückmeldung bekomme. Trotz meiner schnellen Reaktion habe ich bis heute keine Antwort erhalten.

Ich hätte mir eine zeitnahe und zuverlässige Kommunikation gewünscht. So behandelt man Kunden leider nicht.

Ordering the product was a breeze. Shipping though is a different story. There is no option to select a shipping provider and their shipping partner is USELESS. My package has now been backwards and forwards at the local depot for 4 working days. The promise of “next business day delivery” is just that, an empty promise. If you buy for quick delivery or you would like to plan and use your product then go somewhere else!

Von Bestellung über Ablauf bis zur Ware alles mehr als Idealer Ablauf. Habe das Viria UT800 bestellt. Vor 2 Tagen in Worten ZWEI..... heut kam die Leuchte bereits an, super sicher verpackt. Schneller ist teilweise nichtmal Der große Händler mit dem A vorn. Ware 22 Uhr bestellt direkt ne Bestätigung bekommen und am Folgetag direkt die Info vom Versandunternehmen in dem Fall GLS. Alles war echt tadellos. Kann diesen Händler nur Empfehlen. Versand von IT nach DE in der Zeitspanne ist super.

Alles bestens und der Preis war für die Garmin Wattpedale Rs200 nicht zu toppen!👍

Ich habe eben meine am Mittwoch vor 5 Tagen zu einem sehr günstigen Preis bei SNL Products in Bozen bestellten Motion-Plates für meinen Smarttrainer Tacx NEO 2T von GLS geliefert bekommen. Jetzt ist Montag mittag und die Motion-Plates sind bereits montiert.

Ich kann diesen Shop nur empfehlen.

Assistenza clienti pessima e modalità di assistenza ben lontano da ciò che scrivono sul loro sito riguardante i "Vizi di Conformità".
Ho acquistato un Garmin Fenix 7 da loro e ha smesso di funzionare dopo pochi mesi. Ho scritto una mail, chiesto assistenza compilando il form sul loro sito, ma non ho mai ricevuto una risposta.

Mettono prezzi super scontati e dopo di ciò quando si va ad effettuare il checkout si paga il prezzo pieno, pensano di essere furbi.

Azienda seria, ho acquistato da loro per la prima volta un Garmin, mi sono trovata molto bene. Hanno sempre risposto subito alle mie e-mail. I prezzi sono competitivi ed il mio acquisto è stato ottimo.
Ho fatto un' offerta sul loro sito e me l'hanno accettata.

Grazie ad un attenta ricerca su google penso di aver fatto un ottimo affare acquistando da loro il Polar Grit X 2 Pro + Fascia cardio Polar H10 e in omaggio anche un gel rigenerante.
Lo cercavo poichè viste le mie esigenze per il trail running cercavo uno sportwatch preciso ed affidabile.
Acquistato da loro questo Bundle e grazie ad una loro PROMO momentanea l'ho pagato davvero ad un ottimo prezzo che solo lo sportwatch da solo sugli altri siti costava di più.
Spedizione velocissima quindi store affidabile.

In der Nacht um 1 konnte ich meinem Kaufdrang nicht standhalten- am Tag darauf kam das Päckchen Vormittags an.
